If you bought a game on a CD and information technology doesn't install on steam.

Go to library --> Down left corner --> Add game --> add together-not steam game --> And just locate the ExE files of the game y'all installed.
(The exe file is in the installation folder of the game)

Choose the EXE file and hit "add" And the game should appear in your steam library.
